Shipping Availability
Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are available to customers in the United States and internationally.
Preorders & Processing
Most items are handmade and/or made to order. Preorders typically require 1-2.5 weeks for production, depending on the item. Once produced, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing and packaging before your order is shipped.
- If any delays occur, you will be notified via email.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times
- U.S. Orders: Delivered within 1–3 business days once shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs clearance.
Tracking Information
When your order is fulfilled, a USPS tracking number will be provided. Please note:
- A shipping label being created does not mean your order has shipped — it means it is preparing for transit.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your package is scanned by USPS.
Lost or Returned Packages
- All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include insurance. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
- We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs to resend the order.
- Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes charged at the receiver’s end. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
