β Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. Please double-check sizing, descriptions, and preorder timelines before ordering.
β How do preorders work?
When in-hand stock sells out, products switch to PRE-ORDER.
- π¦ Production: usually 2β3 weeks
- π Shipping: once produced, youβll get tracking info via email
- β Your size is guaranteed once preordered
β When will my preorder ship?
Estimated 2β3 weeks after purchase. If delays happen, weβll update you by email.
β Can I order in-stock and preorder items together?
Yes, but we recommend placing two separate orders:
- π’ In-stock items ship immediately
- π΅ Preorder items ship later (2β3 weeks)
If combined, the order may ship once the preorder item is ready.
β What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is scanned by USPS (or another carrier) and tracking is issued, RAREST LIFESTYLE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the carrier directly.
β Do you ship internationally?
Yes π. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country β these are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.
β How do I make sure my order ships correctly?
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, the customer must pay to reship it.
β How will I know when my order ships?
Youβll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is processed and scanned by the carrier.
